Using Break2ru
Getting Started: Creating an Account
To create a Break2ru account from the mobile app:
1. Download the Break2ru App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store
(Android).
2. Tap Sign Up with Email or Phone Number.
3. Enter your email address or phone number (you’ll receive a confirmation code).
4. Create a username and password, complete your profile details, then tap Done.
To create a Break2ru account from a computer:
1. Visit Break2ru.com.
2. Click Sign In and choose Email, Phone Number, or Name, then enter your password.
3. If you don’t have an account, click Register and complete the required fields.
✅ Tip: Make sure to use an email address you can always access. If you forget
your password, you’ll need it to reset your account.
My Account & Settings
How do I update my name, username, email, or phone number?
1. Log into your Break2ru account.
2. Go to your homepage and tap your Profile Icon.
3. Tap the Settings Icon (under posts and followersr) → Edit Profile.
4. Update your information and tap Save Changes.

Your “Break2ru Family” includes the users you follow or may want to connect with. Engage with
your community, share stories, and grow together.
24-Hour Shine
Show off your creativity!
The 24-Hour Shine feature lets you post short videos — from freestyles, talent showcases, to
behind-the-scenes moments — that disappear after 24 hours. It’s your time to shine!
BreakAid News
BreakAid News highlights how celebrities and community leaders empower youth across the
world.
Through the BreakAid Foundation, we:
● Support health care and education initiatives
● Provide socio-economic opportunities for families
● Build schools, clinics, and infrastructure (electricity, water) in underprivileged
communities

Policies & Safety
Sharing Photos & Videos
Break2ru is a safe, positive space for creativity and self-expression.
Sharing nude or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited and violates our Community
Guidelines.
🚫 Never share nude or explicit content — even privately.
Doing so can lead to serious consequences, including permanent account
suspension or legal action (especially for minors).
If someone pressures, threatens, or intimidates you into sharing private content:
● Refuse immediately
● Report the user via the in-app tools
● Contact someone you trust or email our safety team at [email protected]
Stay safe by allowing only followers you trust and keeping personal information private.

Privacy Settings
Who Can Like or Comment on My Videos?
By default, anyone can like or comment on your videos.
You can limit this interaction in two ways:
● Approve Followers Only: Only followers you’ve approved can like or comment on your
posts.
● Block Users: If you want to prevent someone from interacting with your content, you
can block them. Blocked users are not notified.
How Do I Remove a Follower?
To remove a follower:
1. Go to your profile and open your followers list.
2. Select the follower you want to remove and choose Remove.
Note: The person won’t be notified that you removed them.
If you prefer, you can block them instead—blocked users are also not notified.
Who Can See When I’ve Liked a Video or When Someone Likes Mine?
When you like a video, the creator will receive a notification.
Only your approved followers can see your posts, likes, and comments.
Who Can See My Profile and Videos on the Web?
Your Break2ru profile and videos are visible to anyone who visits your public profile page.
You can adjust visibility settings by switching your account to Private Mode in your Settings.
Account Management
Deleting Your Account
Deleting your Break2ru account will permanently remove:
● Your profile and all personal data
● All videos, comments, and likes
● All followers and following lists
⚠️ Once deleted, your account cannot be restored, and your username cannot be
reused or transferred to another account.
To delete your account:
1. Go to your homepage.
2. Tap the Menu (☰) icon → Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Delete My Account.
4. Confirm deletion.
Deactivating Your Account
If you just need a break, you can temporarily deactivate your account instead.
Deactivating will:
● Hide your profile and posts from others
● Prevent login access until reactivation
● Preserve your data for future use
You can reactivate your account anytime by logging in again.
For security reasons, Break2ru cannot deactivate or delete an account on your behalf—you
must be able to log in.
Account & Notification Settings
Logging Out
You can log out of Break2ru on any device.
On Web:
1. Go to your profile page.
2. Click the top-right menu (☰) → Sign Out.
On iPhone or Android:
1. Open your profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Log Out of [username].
Username Management
If your preferred username is taken, try adding:
● Numbers (e.g., @JohnDoe23)
● Underscores (e.g., @John_Doe)
● Abbreviations or initials
Be creative — your username should reflect your identity on Break2ru.
Password Reset & Recovery
Didn’t Receive a Password Reset Email?
● Check your spam or junk folder.
● Make sure the email you entered matches the one used to create your Break2ru
account.
● If the problem persists, contact [email protected].
Changing Your Password:
● If you’re logged out, request a password reset via the “Forgot Password” link.
● If you’re logged in, go to Profile → Settings → Change Password to update it.
Downloading Videos
You can download videos shared by your followers — or by those who follow you — directly to
your device gallery.
Note: Download availability may depend on each user’s privacy settings.
Account Security & Recovery
Your account security is our top priority.
If you suspect unauthorized access or are having trouble logging in, follow the steps below to
protect and recover your Break2ru account.
My Account Has Been Hacked
If you believe your Break2ru account has been hacked or taken over, follow these steps:
1. Check Your Email:
Look for a message from Break2ru in your inbox (or spam folder).
If we detected unusual activity, you may find a security alert or password reset email.
2. Reset Your Password:
If you still have access to your account, immediately change your password to secure it.
○ Go to Profile → Settings → Change Password.
○ Choose a strong, unique password that you haven’t used elsewhere.
3. Report the Account:
If you are unable to recover your account, report it directly to our security team at

Resetting Your Password
Didn’t Receive a Password Reset Email?
If you’re not receiving your password reset email:
● Check your spam or junk folders.
● Verify that you entered the correct email address used when registering for Break2ru.
● Add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
If the issue continues, contact us directly for help.
Forgot or Want to Change Your Password?
● If you’re logged out:
Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen to request a reset link.
● If you’re logged in:
Go to Profile → Settings → Change Password to update your password securely.
