BREAK2RU TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Break2ru. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Break2ru website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Break2ru, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. ABOUT BREAK2RU
Break2ru is a global social media and creator monetization platform that enables users to:
● Create, upload, and share content
● Engage with communities and livestream audiences
● Receive tips and virtual gifts
● Monetize content through platform tools
Break2ru also supports social impact initiatives through its affiliated nonprofit initiative, BreakAid Foundation, focused on community empowerment, education, and humanitarian development.
Break2ru is a technology platform and does not operate as a bank, financial institution, or money transmission service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To use Break2ru, you must:
● Be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country)
● Be at least 18 years old to participate in monetization or receive payouts ● Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
● Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
● Not appear on any sanctions or restricted persons list, including U.S. Treasury sanctions lists
Break2ru reserves the right to request identity verification where required.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY You are responsible for:
● Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
● All activity that occurs under your account
● Providing accurate and up-to-date information
You may not:
● Impersonate another person
● Create multiple accounts for fraud or abuse
● Use automated systems to manipulate engagement
Break2ru may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
4. CREATOR MONETIZATION & PAYMENTS Break2ru enables eligible creators to earn revenue through:
● Virtual gifts
● User tips and donations
● Livestream engagement
● Exclusive content tools
● Other monetization features offered on the Platform
Break2ru does not guarantee income or earnings.
4.1 Payment Processing
Break2ru uses third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:
● Stripe (global card processing)
● Paystack (African payments and payouts)
● Other authorized financial service providers
All transactions are processed through regulated third-party providers. Break2ru is not responsible for payment provider service interruptions, errors, or delays.
4.2 Platform Fees
Break2ru retains a platform commission from monetized transactions.
Applicable fees will be disclosed within the Platform.
Payment processor fees may also apply and may reduce final payout amounts. 4.3 Payouts
Creators must:
● Complete identity verification (KYC)
● Meet minimum payout thresholds
● Provide accurate banking and tax information
● Comply with local tax laws
Break2ru reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse payouts in cases involving:
● Fraud investigations
● Chargebacks
● Policy violations
● Compliance reviews
5. DIGITAL GIFTS DISCLAIMER
Virtual gifts:
● Have entertainment value only
● Are not investments or financial instruments
● Cannot be exchanged outside Break2ru systems
● Are final transactions except where required by law
6. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By posting content, you grant Break2ru a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
● Host
● Display
● Stream
● Distribute
● Promote
● Market
Your content for purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent that:
● You own or have rights to your content
● Your content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
7. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT
Users may not post, promote, or monetize content involving:
● Illegal activities
● Fraud or scams
● Hate speech or harassment
● Violence or harmful conduct
● Sexual exploitation or harm involving minors
● Intellectual property infringement
● Spam, bots, or engagement manipulation
● Gambling or deceptive financial solicitation
Violations may result in suspension, permanent removal, and reporting to authorities.
8. AI TOOLS & GENERATED CONTENT
Break2ru may provide AI-powered content creation tools.
AI-generated content:
● Is provided for creative and informational purposes
● May not always be accurate or appropriate
● Should not be relied upon for legal, financial, medical, or professional advice Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publication.
9. BREAKAID FOUNDATION
Break2ru supports social impact initiatives through BreakAid Foundation. Charitable activities, donations, and nonprofit collaborations:
● Are subject to applicable nonprofit laws
● Do not guarantee specific outcomes
● May be governed by separate policies
Break2ru does not guarantee individual social impact results.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of Break2ru is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and process:
● Account information
● Usage data
● Device information
● Location data (if enabled)
● Payment-related data (processed by third-party providers)
Data is used for:
● Service operation
● Payment processing
● Fraud prevention
● Legal compliance
11. ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONS
All advertisements must:
● Comply with applicable laws

Break2ru reserves the right to review, reject, or remove advertisements at its discretion.

Break2ru is not responsible for third-party service failures, policies, or external content.
13. TERMINATION
Break2ru may suspend or terminate accounts that:
● Violate these Terms
● Engage in illegal or fraudulent conduct
● Create risk or legal exposure for the Platform
Users may terminate their accounts at any time through account settings.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
● Continuous availability
● Error-free operation
● Earnings success
● Content performance
● Complete security
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Break2ru shall not be liable for:
● Indirect or consequential damages
● Loss of profits or revenue
● Data loss
● Payment provider failures
● Platform downtime
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Break2ru in the preceding 12 months.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Break2ru, its affiliates, officers, partners, and employees from claims arising from:
● Your content
● Your use of the Platform
● Your violation of these Terms
● Intellectual property disputes
17. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
Break2ru may:
● Update features
● Modify monetization structures
● Change platform policies
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated at least 30 days before becoming effective.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Colorado.
